We possess a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge in education and training from most areas of the third sector. Members of our team have extensive experience working in education for over 30 years including working in and alongside management. We also have a wealth of experience and connections with professionals of the courses we wish to offer now and in the future. This allows us to be fully up to date with any changes and developments made in the industries we wish to accommodate learning experiences for.

Vocational Learning

Currently Magniphy is focussing on providing business administration and finance training for professions along with science and technology for professions training which we plan to enrich by offering work experience placements.

Magniphy plans to develop its vocational department by offering vocational training in the following subject areas; Art & design, digital media, leisure and tourism, hospitality and catering, beauty therapy and massage.

 

Academic Learning

Magniphy also has a developing academic department which is currently focussing on the core subjects at all levels. Some students are academically inclined however mainstream education does not meet their needs due to differing backgrounds demographics and experiences.

Magniphy aims to provide pathways for all students willing to learn and succeed by catering for individual needs and providing a flexible and progressive curriculum. Young people who have missed school often undertake training and education at a later stage.
